Services

Mans Handy provides handyman and contracting services for residential and commercial properties. All services are subject to availability and may vary based on project scope, location, and scheduling.

Any estimates or quotes provided are based on the information available at the time and may change if project details are modified.

Estimates & Payments

• Estimates may be provided verbally or in writing and are not guaranteed final prices unless stated otherwise in a written agreement.

• Payment terms will be communicated prior to the start of work.

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• Late or non-payment may result in additional fees or suspension of services.

Scheduling & Cancellations

• Scheduled appointments may be rescheduled with reasonable notice.

• Cancellations made without adequate notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• Mans Handy is not responsible for delays caused by weather, material availability, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information regarding the project and property conditions

• Ensure safe and reasonable access to the work area

• Disclose any known hazards or restrictions prior to service

Failure to do so may result in delays, additional charges, or inability to complete the work.

Warranties & Liability

• Mans Handy strives to provide high-quality workmanship; however, no guarantees are made beyond those required by law or expressly stated in writing.

• Mans Handy is not liable for pre-existing conditions, hidden structural issues, or damage caused by factors outside our control.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mans Handy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
